Good or Bad news: Top Nigerian University bans the wearing of ‘skin-tight’ clothes...
The authorities of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) in Nigeria has placed an outright ban on both female and male students who wear tight-fitting clothes on campus which include: trousers, miniskirts and blouses.
In a circular put out by the University authories, the ban also extends to all students who wear clothes that reveal sensitive parts of the body such as the a$$ or buttocks, belly, chest, thighs, waist line, cleavage, and the upper arms.
Part of the circular reads:
“Students should maintain a clean and well-cared for appearance in all settings on campus.
“Wearing of tight, strapless and revealing clothes whose length are above the knees are inappropriate.”
One unhappy Nigerian teacher tweeted:
