The 2016 MTV Video Music Awards full list of winners...

The 2016 MTV Video Music Awards took place on Sunday, August 28 and guess what, Beyonce stole the show by emerging as the biggest winner.

The R&B superstar bagged home a whopping eight Moonmen, including one for the biggest prize of the night, video of the year.

Beyonce now remains the most decorated artiste in the Video Music Awards history.

She now has a total of her total of 24 moonmen, overthrowing the previous record holder, Madonna, who has 20 trophies.

Other big winners on the night include Drake for best male video, Fifth Harmony for best collaboration and DNCE for best new artiste.
